This week, schools in Iron County School District will be practicing emergency procedures. Those drills may include: Fire and Evacuation; Hold Action; Secure Action; Shelter in Place or Lockdown. Please note that an increased police presence may be seen at schools while these drills occur. End of the quarter is approaching, and the teachers will be tagging students for XLT on Monday and Tuesday. If a student hasn't been tagged, they'll be released at 2:05 PM.

Homework Help with SUU STEM Center tutors will be closed all this week at all locations and online because of SUU spring break. Tutoring will resume on March 17th. Also, last day of tutoring is April 10th.

Attention Parents of ALL CHS Students: All students interested in advanced/audition courses in theatre, band, or choir please reach out to those respective teachers to schedule an audition.
We are also excited to introduce a sports weight class as part of the school day, available to 10th, 11th, and 12th graders. Please note that this class was not included on the 10th-to-11th-grade request sheet. If your student is interested in enrolling, please contact their counselor.

Students will be dismissed at 1 :30 PM from Monday to Thursday, with buses running at that time. On Friday, February 7th, we will have an early release schedule, allowing all students to leave at 12:05 PM.
